Publish the load
Define origin, destination, goods, weight and transport parties.
Prepare the electronic consignment note from the load, complete required data, sign the correct version and share it with the driver by web, WhatsApp or email.
The eCMR starts from the same data already used to manage the trip. Powerload clearly separates draft, signature, issue and sharing.
Define origin, destination, goods, weight and transport parties.
Use your own CMR or enable the Powerload eCMR flow when the route is supported.
Powerload prefills sender, carrier, consignee, places, goods, vehicle and driver.
A versioned draft with SHA-256 is created to protect content integrity.
Authorized signatures are linked to the exact document version.
Open the QR PDF, send it to the driver and use it in trip document finalization.
Document data, integrity, versions, signatures and access remain in one operational flow.
Sender, carrier, consignee, pickup, delivery, goods, packages, weight, charges and instructions.
Each version preserves its original content and later changes create a new version.
Each version has a digital fingerprint to help detect alterations.
The signature is recorded against the exact version and document hash.
Readable document with an access link for consultation and checks.
Web Share, WhatsApp or email without leaving the trip flow.
If you already have an external CMR, Powerload keeps it and avoids a duplicate eCMR.
An issued eCMR satisfies the CMR document requirement inside the TMS.
The system does not force duplicate documentation.
For supported international routes when you want the whole digital lifecycle inside the TMS.
If the sender, carrier or customer already provides the document, keep that workflow.
The Protocol allows an electronic consignment note issued in accordance with its requirements to be equivalent to the paper CMR. It requires the same particulars, content integrity and procedures that make changes detectable.
Electronic authentication must be reliably linked to the signatory and the document. Powerload records version, hash, authenticated identity and signature traceability within the available flow.
Actual applicability depends on the route, countries involved, party identity and applicable law. Powerload does not present an unsigned PDF as an issued eCMR.
It is the electronic version of the CMR consignment note for international road transport, issued through electronic procedures under the eCMR Protocol when applicable.
Not automatically on every route. Equivalence depends on CMR scope and compliance with the eCMR Protocol and applicable law.
Yes. In Powerload you can choose your own CMR and upload it. The system uses it for the trip and does not create a duplicate eCMR.
Powerload shows the missing mandatory fields and does not let an incomplete version be presented as finalized.
No. In Powerload a generated version starts as a draft and must complete the required authentication/signature flow before it becomes issued.
The signed version is not altered. If content changes, Powerload creates a new version and preserves the previous one.
No. The QR provides access to the document; it does not replace electronic authentication by the parties.
Yes. The document can be shared by web, WhatsApp or email, using the driver's stored contact when available.
Do not assume so automatically. Powerload checks the configured eCMR Protocol snapshot and blocks automatic issue when coverage for both countries is not confirmed.
Yes. Inside the TMS an issued eCMR satisfies the CMR document requirement; an incomplete draft does not.
Load, document, signature and driver connected in the same trip.
